Welcome to the official blog of VAST – Virginia Academic Summer Trip 2025!
After months of planning, counting down the days, and talking about it, the moment is finally here: VAST25 is about to begin. The day of departure is coming soon, filled with excitement, nerves, and a lot of energy. It feels a bit unreal, but our trip is finally about to start.
Soon we’ll be at the airport, boarding the plane, and heading across the ocean. The excitement is huge. Everyone keeps asking the same questions: Did I pack everything? What will it be like when we arrive? There’s a mix of nerves and laughter, but above all, a feeling that something special is about to happen.
In the days ahead, we’ll be visiting Washington, D.C., Norfolk, and spending time at Old Dominion University. Right now, it’s hard to imagine all the things we’ll see and experience but we know this trip will be full of memories we’ll never forget. In just a few days, the plane will take off, and our adventure will officially begin.
