It’s Saturday, but that doesn’t mean that the activities stop! Today we are heading to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. The Trip starts at 9:15 AM and we have a 3 hours journey ahead of us. Our first stop is going to be Wright Brothers National Memorial where the brothers tried their first flights in the early 20th century.
In the afternoon we went to the outer banks, which is an impressive landscape, driving there over a sandbank surrounded by water.
At the final spot, we were rewarded by a beautiful beach and enjoyed the view until the sun was showing us an incredible sunset. One of us was brave. For example Cedric, he jumped into the 13 degrees Celsius cold water. Others got stuck in the sand with the car until kind Americans pulled them out.
